She also gives options for lighter as well as tougher ways to do certain exercises. I have never left a class without feeling like I have gotten an awesome workout! "Let me start by saying that I have a "love/hate" relationship with Kristi Agan. I hate it when she makes me do burpees. I hate it when she makes me run laps around the building. I hate it when she makes me do spidermans and mountain climbers for the millionth time! I hate it when she makes me go up in weights! And I hate it when she makes me try to wrestle with a stability ball...when who are we kidding, there is nothing stable about THAT ball! BUT... I love the encouragement she gives when I think I'm not going to be able to do something. I love that she puts up with my eye rolling and sarcastic remarks because she knows what's best for me more than I do. I love how she checks on me to make sure I'm ok. I love the tips she gives on having a healthy lifestyle. I love how she pushes you to try new things. I ran my first 5K this year and loved it!
